Process monitoring

The use of different options can significantly improve dispensing positioning and accuracy, which in turn increases process reliability.

For instance, to monitor the dosing quantity, we use a scale by setting minimum and maximum values to control the dosing accuracy.

Other possibilities for documenting dosing include the automatic generation of data in a database.

Scale dosing technology

2600 Scale

The scale is integrated into the dosing machine. Before weighing, the scale is automatically tared.

The determined weight is sent to the Software DiSoft  passed, evaluated and displayed on the monitor. He then there is a release.

Camera in dosing technology

1230 Camera system

The USB camera system NET iCube is used for quality control and/or as a "teaching" aid for creating dosing programs.
Optionally with integrated LED light ring for better illumination of the monitored area.

Disoft Datadase dosing technology

0030 Database dosing parameters

A database can be created as data.csv. This includes the date, time and dosing parameters of each dosing.
If the file is deleted, it will be created automatically.
As a result, each dosing of a component is automatically documented. The individual data can be customized.

Height sensor Dosing technology

1528 Height sensor

Optical altimeter and distance meter. component height scanning .

Set 0 position, calculation of the new dosing level.

Automatic compensation of the needle tip or dosing height.

Humidity sensor Dosing technology

7006 Temperature/ Humidity sensor

High-precision humidity and temperature sensor with USB connection in a black plastic housing.

Suitable for Windows and Linux. Program interface for easy integration into DiSoft software.
